They give you a low price and when you show up there are extra fees I needed storage so I went for it anyway stored my stuff till I moved when I went to get my stuff there was 2 inches of water in my unit and all my stuff was wet went to the office the response was. 'Don't you have insurance " I guess you have to pay a lot more for a dry one. Pass this place by
Was looking for a unit right away. Called and immediately received the info i needed from a gentleman named Lance. Went down and looked at 2 units for the show of size. He was very helpful with his knowledge of exactly what would fit. A few weeks later i decided it was time to rent a unit and went down to the facility and was helped by a young lady by the name of Linda. She was very helpful as well, and set me up for my rental. Everything was thoroughly went over and we were set up in a matter of less than 10 minutes. I also decided to rent a u-haul from Storage Station which to me was a great convenience that i could do right on site. I highly recommend this place. It seems very well secure and the units are in good condition.
Good service and very fair pricing
Storage Station is a great no hassle storage solution. Even the smaller units have adequate space and the pricing is very fair, especially compared to other storage centers we have looked at. We love the added bonus of the security gate. The manager is really helpful, easy to work with, and answered all of my questions before I even asked!
This place was great but has transitioned owners who have not had any pest control processes in place since taking over. This is infested with mice now. So sad! Went from a great place where I was confident my stuff would remain clean to this. Covered in mouse crap. They tell me they are going to fix this but it's been over a week and nothing done. So far, they don't seem to really care. I'll post an update if things change. For now, I would not recommend going here and if you are here, I would recommend checking your stuff. The issue seems to be at White Rd. I have a unit in the other location too which seems ok so far but only a matter of time if they don't take action on pest control.
