Drove over here on a overcast Sunday to get my car washed. Their web site says they are open until 4. So, I call to confirm they are open, I get no answer but a recording advising their hours (they close at 4)! So why am I sitting here in their lot and they are already closed at 3:30?! I'll not come back, ever!
If you want your car vacuumed you have to go into the higher price bracket. I really wish they offered to add vacuuming to a basic wash for a smaller fee, since I did NOT want them wiping everything inside including my windows with the same cloth they used outside. I told them I only wanted vacuuming but they don't understand English. Or maybe this is another place who's manager does not tell employees to LISTEN to he customers.

Pete runs an efficient place & my Jeep always comes out looking great. Free actually GOOD coffee, LOVE the lodge feel of waiting area. Hillary very sweet & Licorice too! "Q" is a great hard working guy. Best car wash ever.
The wash and tire scrub was good, and I don't mind paying more to be vacuumed but stop touching everything else inside my car!
