Edel our salesman was excellent. He was very patient and answered all our questions. The dealership selection was good.
I bought a new Class C RV in the winter. I did not pick it up until spring the next year. When I picked it up- they told me it had been all checked out and was good to go. The sewer pipe was 3 inches off the ground so as soon as I parked it - I scraped it and had to bring it back for a repair that first week. They said it was my fault and charged me but they did raise the pipe so it was drive able. I parked it for a month and went on a short trip to an RV park 3 hours away. The Hot water didn't work on gas or electric- no water pumped unless city water connected - roof leaked into RV when it rained. When I brought it back within a week from getting home- they said it was my fault and charged me. Bottom line is they may sell you a damaged RV and they may never honor the warranty as they did to me. I will never buy another anything from Garick RV. I have called the Attorney General’s Office in their county who know this Dealer already and will pursue all legal avenues. Buyer – Beware!
Sales woman was fabulous. Totally knowledgeable. Answered all our questions. Definitely recommend this place.
Good inventory. But the salesman couldn't give me prices while out looking them. The sheet he was carrying I guess doesn't allow them access to prices.
